Is this a drop-off session?

Yes! Your child will be supervised and supported by our TheaterJoy team throughout the workshop. Parents are welcome to return for our final 15-minute closing circle to share in the discoveries and celebrate students’ experiences.
What should my child wear?

Comfortable clothing and shoes that allow them to move freely and participate in theater activities.
What if my child is shy or nervous?

They are welcome here! Our team offers gentle encouragement to help students feel comfortable. Through theater games and shared creative experiences, we help participants build trust, make connections, and grow in confidence at their own pace.
Can my child bring a snack or water?

Snacks are not permitted during the session. Please have your child eat beforehand. Personal water bottles are welcome!
Is the space accessible?

Our workshop space is reached by stairs only; there is no elevator or step-free access. We welcome young artists of all backgrounds and abilities. Please contact us at info@theaterjoy.org before registering to discuss accessibility or support needs so we can determine together whether we can meet your child’s needs.
Yes! Register two siblings or friends together for our Opening Act Workshop for $50 total—$25 per child. Both participants must be included in the same registration to receive the discount.
TheaterJoy workshops are offered monthly. We also plan to offer summer camps! Stay connected for upcoming dates and registration details.
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
If TheaterJoy needs to cancel a workshop, families will have the option to receive a credit toward a future session or request a full refund.
